1. Capital Markets Elite Group (Cayman) (“the Firm”, “we”, “our”, “us” “CapitalMEG KY”) is authorized and licensed by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority to carry on the business of a Broker Dealer in accordance with Section 6(2) of the Securities Investment Business Law (2015 Revision).
2. Participation: Participation in this Promotion is bound by these terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms”) and is therefore considered an annexure to the terms and conditions contained within your client agreement, including any supplemental agreements and disclosures that apply to your account.
3. Promotional Period: This promotion begins at 12:00 am on the 2nd March, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm on the 31st March, 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
4. Eligibility: Subject to and without prejudice to all other terms and conditions, this promotion is available to clients (“Eligible Clients”) who have selected the CPro, DAS or Sterling Trading Platforms and have satisfied the criteria as set out below:
- Be an existing client with a CapitalMEG KY account in good standing prior to 2nd March, 2026 or;
- Be a new client who is 18 years of age and approved to open a CapitalMEG KY account during the Promotional Period;
- Must be classified as a NON-PROFESSIONAL trader based on the quote agreements completed with market data Vendor of Record.

6. Communications: Receipt of communications related to this promotion does not constitute solicitation, recommendation, or investment advice. Consult with your tax advisor about the appropriate tax treatment for and any other tax implications associated with this promotion.
7. This Promotion cannot be (i) transferred to any other person; (ii) transferred to another account held by the Eligible Client; or (iii) exchanged for other financial services or benefits provided by the Firm.
8. Client’s accounts must be open and not the subject of any dispute with the Firm to participate in this Promotion .
9. If the client’s account is subsequently closed or suspended, the Firm may cancel the client’s access to the Trade Ideas bundle.
10. The Firm will not be liable for any costs, expenses or damages which may result from us re-setting or adjusting the client’s account as contemplated by these Promotion Terms, including but not limited to losses attributable to automatically Closed Out Open Positions.
11. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any losses that Eligible Clients may incur because of trading activity in their accounts. This promotion is not intended to change any client’s risk preferences or investment strategies and we accept no responsibility for the same.
12. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Promotion Terms, we shall have the sole discretion to determine your eligibility under these Promotion Terms, including, without limitation, whether you are an Eligible Client. We have the right not to accept an Eligible Client for any reason or without reason as we shall determine in our sole discretion.
13. The Firm’s employees, agents, associates, service providers and 3rd party vendors and their immediate family members (i.e. any person residing in the household of the aforementioned people) will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion.
14. Conditions of Entry: We reserve the right at our reasonable discretion, to alter, amend or terminate this promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. The Firm will not be responsible in any manner for any damages, losses or expenses, however caused by the alteration, amendment or termination of this promotion. We may make changes to these Promotion Terms by posting the modified terms on our website. We recommend you revisit these Promotion Terms regularly, and by your continued use of our services you accept any such modified terms.
15. If these Promotion Terms are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the Promotion Terms shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.
16. If any term of these Promotion Terms is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under any applicable law, such term shall be deemed omitted from these Promotion Terms and shall in no way affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining terms.
17. This Promotion is available to self-directed Eligible Clients only.
18. Governing Laws: Promotion terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Promotion terms will be resolved by our manage ment in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants.
19. U.S. Persons Certification: Capital Markets Elite Group is not a registered U.S. Broker Dealer. It does not accept securities trading accounts for any “U.S. Persons” that it believes has been “solicited” as set out within the meaning of Rule 15a-6(a)(1) of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The Firm will rely on a certification from an Eligible Client that the Eligible Client is either not a U.S. Person or has not been solicited directly or indirectly by Capital Markets Elite Group and has not been induced by Capital Markets Elite Group to engage in securities transactions.
20. Non-solicitation: This promotion does not constitute an offer or solicitation to anyone in any jurisdiction where such an offer or solicitation is prohibited by the relevant local law, or to anyone to whom such a solicitation is prohibited by law.
21. Ineligible Persons/Residents: We do not offer services to Canadian residents or to persons using a Canadian bank account or a credit card issued by a Canadian financial institution.
22. This Promotion will be applied to one account per Eligible Client, IP address and/or home address, including linked accounts, joint Accounts or corporate accounts.

Indemnity: By participating in the promotion, you release, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Capital Markets Elite Group (Cayman) and its owner(s), affiliate(s), and/or subsidiaries, and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, members, managers, agents, licensees, contractors, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any liability for any damages, injury or losses, to any person or property, of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any promotional reward or participation in the promotion.
